Short Waves film festival was initiated in 2009, and it’s purpose is to showcase short films from Poland across several countries in Europe. The festival is an annual event, with this year’s event commencing on August 18th-23rd 2020. Due to the world’s current situation, the offline event will only be held at the city of Poznan, Poland, and there will also be some online screenings and discussions that can be followed from our homes.

With their campaign #fixingthefuture, they will present culture, modern art, dance, music and various kinds of film screenings, awards and discussions.
